Whistleblower Policy
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Our Whistleblower Policy provides a secure system for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to report concerns about actual or potential wrongdoings or misconduct within our organization.
Scope of Reportable Concerns
- Violation of laws and regulations
- Unethical conduct or breach of the Code of Conduct
- Offering, soliciting, or accepting bribes
- Actions that negatively impact shareholder and stakeholder interests
- Unauthorized disclosure or sale of company information
- Falsification of reports or documents
- Fraud, theft, embezzlement, or misuse of company assets
- Inappropriate behavior affecting the company's reputation
- Sexual harassment or other forms of workplace harassment
- Attempts to conceal any of the above misconduct
How to Report a Concern
We encourage reporting concerns at the earliest opportunity to allow prompt corrective action. Reports can be made through our confidential email channel:
Anonymous Reporting
Reports may be made anonymously. However, our Whistleblowing Committee will evaluate based on:
- The seriousness of the issues raised
- Credibility of the report
- Likelihood of confirming allegations from relevant sources
Protection for Whistleblowers
We are committed to protecting whistleblowers who report in good faith:
- All reports will be treated confidentially
- Whistleblowers are protected from reprisals including dismissal, harassment, or victimization
- Protection applies even if allegations prove unfounded, provided they were made in good faith
Governance
This policy is overseen by the Whistleblowing Committee, including the Managing Directors. If any committee member is involved in an investigation, they will be recused from relevant meetings.
